1. SMS Terms

Program name: TeraEdge Group Client Updates.

Program description: When you opt in through the text message consent checkbox on our Contact & Inquiry form, TeraEdge Group LLC will send informational and transactional text messages to the mobile number you provided. Messages relate to your inquiry and any project with us, including responses to your questions, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and project updates.

How to opt in: Complete the form on our Contact & Inquiry page and check the box agreeing to receive text messages. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any service agreement.

Sample message: "TeraEdge Group LLC: Hi Alex, thanks for your inquiry. Your strategy session is confirmed for Tue 10/27 at 2:00 PM MT. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on project needs.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
  • Opt out: Text STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To rejoin, opt in again through our website or text START.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (307) 243-4900 or [email protected].
  • Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
  • Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. Our services

TeraEdge Group LLC provides real estate market research, advisory, and educational services. We do not act as a real estate broker or agent for clients, and we do not list, market, or negotiate the sale of property on behalf of clients.

4. Engagements

Consulting and workshop services are provided under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship.
